Situated in the heart of the famous Cahors wine region in the ancient province of The Lot, our charming XVII Century Quercy Farmhouse, part of the Mondounet group of gites, overlooks a valley in a beautiful setting and is built with the champagne coloured stone that is famous in this region. On the first floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with oak units, a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. It has lots of character including the original fireplace and oak beams.

The lounge/dining room has views over the valley, lots of beams and a lovely old, polished oak table with seating for eight. There is a television and video. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and one single. Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom, with w.c. and wash-hand basin. A few paces outside to the covered stone steps leading to the first floor where there are another 2 double bedrooms, both with large en-suite shower rooms, toilets and washbasins. There is also a washing machine.

The garden terrace has table and chairs, a parasol and barbecue.
