Near Montcuq - The Large pool

Situated in the heart of the famous Cahors wine region in the ancient province of The Lot, the large (12m x 6m - 40ft x 20ft) swimming pool at the Mondounet gites, overlooks two lovely valleys in a beautiful rural setting. The solar heated, salt water swimming pool with its pool house, is shared by the gites.

The 12mx6m pool	Sun Terrace	Pool Room

The swimming pool has underwater lighting and a roman end with steps leading into the shallow end. It also has a ladder for easy access. It contains salt water which we and our guests have found much kinder to eyes and skin than chlorine.

The pool area has lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The large paved patio has plenty of room for you to lay back in loungers and relax, perhaps sipping ice cold cocktails from the pool house which is well equipped with a fridge for your cold drinks etc. There is a solar heated shower. A selection of paperbacks and games are available for your holiday enjoyment.

In the grounds there is lots of room to play table tennis, badminton and boules.
