As with our Full Booking Service, we simply place our own contact details on your gite listing page, handle e-mail, fax and telephone enquiries coming from the Gite Holiday France website and negotiate bookings on your behalf. We send out booking forms and collect deposits and/or full payments on your behalf and as per your instructions.

All monies received by us in connection with your rentals, will be either put into your bank account (UK or French), or posted to you immediately, as will our commission due statement. Yes, you pay us in arrears... we do not touch your money, nor do we get paid if you do not!

Once set-up, to activate or de-activate your Locum service, a simple password protected e-mail, phone call or fax instruction is all that is needed. We do the rest.
