Visitors to your gite page will generally prefer to contact you by e-mail, even though your telephone and fax number are featured. If you cannot receive e-mails, you are not competing for business on an equal basis with those gite owners that can. You can ask us to handle your e-mails for you...

	Manual e-Mail Handling Service - £15 one off cost + .50p per week
	We will issue you with an e-mail address (thenameofyourgite@gite-holiday-france.co.uk) that we will feature on your gite page and which you can also use in any other form of advertising. E-mails sent to that address, will come to us. If an incoming e-mail contains alternative contact details for the customer (telephone or fax number), we will forward the enquiry to you manually... either by fax, if you have one, or by telephone if not. If the customer e-mail contains no other means of responding, other than by their e-mail address, we will e-mail them back immediately, explaining that you, the gite owner, cannot access e-mail and would they either telephone or fax their query to you direct... or respond to us with their phone or fax number for us to pass on to you as above.
	Cost: There is a one-off set-up fee for this manual handling service, of £15 together with an annual fee of just £26.
